We love to welcome all our clients to come and try on our hire collection here in Harrogate. However, we appreciate for our clients that live further afield, this isn’t always possible.
Therefore, we are now happy to offer our ‘Virtual Consultation Service,’ whereby we can do a virtual appointment to walk you through our collection.
How it works…
Firstly, we recommend that you send us an email requesting that you’d like a virtual consultation, along with the following information…
An image of the outfit you will be wearing, along with any accessorises you have to go with it (shoes, bag, jewellery etc.)
If you have a particular style of hat or headpiece in mind (e.g. traditional crown and brim hat, headband, cocktail hat etc.) – you may not have a style in mind at this point which is also fine.
The date of your event/occasion
Your role at the event (e.g. Mother of the Bride, Wedding Guest, Racing Goer)
A recent photograph of yourself, so we can gain a better understanding of your face shape, skin tone and hair colour.
If there’s a particular day you would like your appointment to be.
From here, we would then arrange a date and time for the virtual consultation to take place, along with confirming the phone number you would like us to video call you on. Virtual Appointments can take place on either Facetime or WhatsApp video call.
The virtual consultation should only take around 30 minutes, and during this time we will try the hats on for you so you can get a better reference of proportions and how the hat and headpieces look on a real person!
Finally, once you have selected the hat or headpiece you would like to hire, we can email through the relevant payment information and confirm the address you would like us to post your hat to.
