It was a difficult choice for Jennifer to choose the best Hat at this years Thirsk Races. It was a fantastic turn out of some wonderful headwear with over 80 entrants. In the end 2 runners up were chosen and the winner was Michelle Harkin, from Cleethorpes. Check our more
