Currently delivery is between 5-7 days although we are trying to get deliveries out sooner.
Refunds must be communicated in writing to us within 48 hours and returned within 7 days and items should be in their original packaging and sent back tracked.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods Jenny Roberts Millinery offer a 7 day return or exchange policy.
This policy only applies to items bought online at https://jrmillinery.co.uk/ and does not apply to items purchased in store.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
The United Kingdoms Distance selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Jrmillinery.co.uk, for a full refund. The exception is goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
How To Return Or Exchange An Item By Royal Mail:
Ensure you return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt, and in the original packaging.
Take your package to any post office counter and ask for a proof of posting. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us so you may wish to upgrade your delivery to a tracked delivery service.
Please note, unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of any upgrade to your delivery service.
We strongly advise that you keep hold of any tracking numbers that the post office may give you.

When returning faulty items please ensure that all items are returned to us in a saleable condition. Failure to do so may result in Jenny Roberts Millinery being unable to accept a return.
Hats, Headpieces and Headbands : When trying, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup or scent that may leave a mark or scent.
Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy; in fact they are enhanced by this.
The goods must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. You must return the item to us on cancellation of the order to receive a full refund or exchange. If you notify us of your intention to cancel the contract but do not return the goods to us we reserve the right to deduct the cost incurred by us in recovering the goods, from any refund you are owed.
