‘Online Hire Service’
We love to welcome all our clients to come and try on our hire collection here in Harrogate. However, we appreciate for our clients that live further afield, this isn’t always possible.
Therefore, we are now happy to offer our ‘Online Hire Service,’ whereby we can access our range of hire hats via our website here and select the design you wish to hire
If you know exactly which hat/headpiece you would like to hire and don’t require an appointment, then you can use the following steps to hire your chosen piece.
How to hire online
Step 1 – Click the ‘enquire about this’ button on the hat/headpiece you would like to hire and fill in the dates you require the hat.
Step 2 – You will then receive an email back from a member of the Jenny Roberts Millinery team confirming whether the hat is available for your chosen date, along with the rest of the hire and payment information.
Step 3 – You can then make payment to secure the hat and arrange one of the following methods to receive your hat.
- Collection from our studio in Harrogate (Monday-Friday between 10am-3pm)
- Postal service at £9.50 for Royal Mail Special Delivery next day before 1pm, then you pay the return postage.
